There are so many great nonprofit organizations, and we are thrilled you have taken the time to explore Creek Valley. Every dollar donated will help children and families receive necessary healthcare services, and our mission of providing care to all, regardless of ability to pay, would not be possible without your commitment.

Creek Valley Health Clinic is recognized as a qualified charitable organization (QCO Code: 22101). This means that residents of Arizona can receive a dollar for dollar tax credit when they donate up to $800 (per household) to Creek Valley Health Clinic! This means that for every dollar you donate, you owe one dollar less on your Arizona State Taxes. This is an excellent program, and we hope you take advantage of this opportunity to dedicate your hard-earned funds to a great cause. For questions about QCO donations, please send us a message. Credits may be applied to previous years taxes up until April 15 of the following year (example: donations made between January 1 - April 15, 2020 may be applied to 2019 taxes)

If $800 is too much to donate at one time, you have the ability to set up recurring donations - allowing you to maximize your charitable donations and still receive the highest tax credit from your state taxes. Setting up a monthly donation of just $66.66 will lead to an $800 savings on your taxes each year.

Some organizations may match charitable donations made by their employees. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift from your employer, and we will handle the rest. The impact of your generous donation may be doubled, or even tripled, and some companies will even match gifts made by retirees or spouses of employees.

Instead of donating funds, maybe you would like to donate books for our child area, or plant a tree in memory of a loved one, or adopt an exam room and make it feel warm and welcoming. If you would like to donate a gift to Creek Valley Health Clinic, please send us a message describing your donation.
